kopelit runs this store and website — along with all the information, content, features, tools, products and services that go with it — to give you, our customer, a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). To make that possible, kopelit operates on Shopify. This Privacy Policy sets out how we gather, use and share your personal information when you browse, use, buy something, or otherwise get in touch with us through the Services. Where our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy don't agree, this Privacy Policy takes priority on anything to do with collecting, processing and sharing your personal information.

These partners handle your information under their own privacy notices. Depending on where you live, you may be able to tell us not to share your information for targeted advertising built on your activity across different merchants and websites.

Relationship with Shopify

Shopify hosts the Services, and in doing so collects and processes information about how you reach and use them, all to run and improve the Services for you. Whatever you submit through the Services is passed to and shared with Shopify, as well as third parties that may sit in countries other than your own, in order to provide and improve the Services. On top of that, to help protect, grow and improve our business, we draw on certain enhanced Shopify features that bring together data from your interactions with our store, with other merchants, and with Shopify itself. To power those features, Shopify may use personal information gathered about your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. We can't vouch for, and aren't responsible for, the privacy or security of those sites, including how accurate, complete or reliable anything on them is. Anything you post in public or semi-public spaces — including on third-party social networks — may also be visible to other people, who (along with us or any third party) may use it without limit. The fact that we link to these platforms doesn't on its own mean we endorse them or their owners, unless we say so on the Services.

Children's Data

The Services aren't meant for children, and we don't knowingly gather personal information about anyone under the age of majority where they live. As of this Privacy Policy's effective date, we have no actual knowledge of "sharing" or "selling" (as the law defines those terms) the personal information of anyone under 16.

Bear in mind that no security setup is flawless or impossible to breach, so we can't promise "perfect security." Anything you send us could also be exposed while in transit, which is why we'd recommend against using unsecure channels to share anything sensitive or confidential with us.
