Return & Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you'd like to return it.
For a return to be approved, the item needs to come back to us exactly as it reached you: unworn, unused, with all tags still attached and in the packaging it originally came in. Be sure to hold on to your receipt or any other proof of purchase, as we'll need it to process your request.

Once we've approved your return, we'll provide you with a shipping label along with clear instructions on where to send the item and how. Please don't send anything back before getting in touch first — packages that arrive without an approved request can't be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We'd ask you to check your order as soon as it lands on your doorstep. If anything is broken, defective, or simply not what you ordered, let us know straight away so we can look into it and put things right for you.
Items We Can't Accept Back
A handful of products fall outside our return policy. These include anything perishable (think food, fresh flowers, or plants), made-to-order or personalised items, and personal care goods such as cosmetics. For safety reasons, we're also unable to take back hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask — we're glad to clarify.
Do note that sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the quickest route is to return your original purchase and, once it's approved, place a fresh order for the replacement you want. That way you're not left waiting.
Cooling-Off Period for European Union Orders
Separate from everything above, any order being shipped into the European Union comes with a 14-day right to cancel or return — no reason or explanation required. The same condition rules apply: the item must return to us unworn, unused, tagged, and in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase to complete the process.
Refunds
As soon as your returned item reaches us and has been checked over, we'll be in touch to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If it's a yes, the money goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or card provider may need some additional time on their end before the refund actually shows up.
Should more than 15 business days pass after we've confirmed your approval and you still haven't seen anything, please get in touch at info@kopelit.com and we'll chase it up.
