Shipping Policy
Here at kopelit, we take pride in getting your favourite fashion finds to you quickly and reliably, right across the United Kingdom. Below you'll find everything worth knowing about how your order makes its way to your door.
1. General Shipping Information
At the moment, we deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. Keep in mind that the available shipping options, what you pay, and how long delivery takes can all shift depending on where you are and how big or heavy your order is.
2. Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and ready to go within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, with weekends and holidays not counted. When things get busy — during sales or the holiday rush, for instance — it may take us a little longer, and we'll always let you know if there's a hold-up.
3. Shipping Rates
Every order ships free of charge, with no minimum spend required.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, here's roughly what to expect:
- Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days
- Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM

Bear in mind these are estimates — the occasional carrier delay or spell of rough weather can push things back.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted zones. Some products may also face delivery limits owing to United Kingdom regulations or rules set by our carriers.
6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
Sometimes a package can't be delivered — whether through a missed attempt, an address typo, or another hiccup — and ends up back with us. If that happens, we'll get in touch to sort out a re-delivery, though a second shipment may carry an extra cost.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order goes missing or turns up damaged along the way, email us right away at info@kopelit.com. We'll liaise with the carrier to get to the bottom of it and find a solution as quickly as we can.
8. Shipping Policy Update

OVERVIEW
Welcome to kopelit! Throughout this document, "we", "us" and "our" all refer to kopelit. We run this store and its website — together with all the information, content, features, tools, products and services on it — to give you, our customer, a thoughtfully curated shopping experience (the "Services"). To make all of this possible, kopelit runs on Shopify.
The terms and conditions set out below, along with any policies we reference within them (together, these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), lay out where you stand — your rights as well as your responsibilities — whenever you use the Services.
We'd encourage you to read through these Terms with care. They contain important details about your legal position, including matters like warranty disclaimers and the limits of our liability.
The moment you visit, interact with, or make use of our Services, you're agreeing to be bound both by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If those don't sit right with you, then please don't access or use the Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
In accepting these Terms, you confirm that you've reached the age of majority wherever you live, and you give us permission for any minors in your care to use the Services on devices you own, buy, or manage.
Using the Services — whether that's browsing our store or buying something — may mean we ask you for certain details, such as your email, billing, payment and shipping information. You promise that everything you share with us is accurate, up to date and complete, and that you hold all the rights needed to share it.
Keeping your account login safe is down to you, as is everything that happens under your account. Your account is yours alone — it can't be handed over, sold, assigned, or licensed to anyone else.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We've done our best to show our products and services as accurately as we can across our store. That said, the colours or look of an item can vary from what shows up on your screen, depending on the device you're using and how it's set up.
We can't promise that the look or quality of what you buy will match your expectations exactly, or appear precisely as shown in our store.
Every product description can change at any moment, without notice, entirely at our discretion. We also reserve the right to pull any product whenever we choose, and to cap how many of a given item we make available to a particular person, region, or jurisdiction, deciding case by case.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order is, in effect, an offer from you to buy. kopelit may accept or turn down that offer for any reason it sees fit, and your order only counts as accepted once we confirm as much — which can't happen until we've received and processed your payment. Do look over your order carefully before you submit it, since we may not be able to make changes or cancellations once it's been accepted. If we ever decline, alter, or cancel an order, we'll do our best to reach you using the email, billing address, or phone number you gave when ordering.
Anything you buy can only be returned or exchanged in line with our Refund Policy.
You confirm that what you're buying is for your own personal or household use, not for reselling or exporting commercially.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions can all change without warning. Whatever price applies at the moment you place your order is the one you'll be charged, and it'll be spelled out in your confirmation email. Unless we say otherwise, listed prices leave out taxes, shipping, handling, and any customs or import charges.
The prices in our online store won't necessarily line up with those in physical shops or in stores run by third parties. Now and then we'll run promotions that affect pricing and carry their own separate terms; where those terms clash with these, the promotion's terms take precedence.
You agree to keep your purchase, payment and account details current, complete and accurate for everything you buy from us — and to update them promptly (email, card numbers, expiry dates and so on) so we can process your orders and reach you when needed.
You also confirm that (i) the card details you give us are true, correct and complete, (ii) you're authorised to use that card, (iii) your card company will honour the charges, and (iv) you'll cover what you owe at the listed prices, shipping, handling and any applicable taxes included.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We can't be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. Every delivery estimate is just that — an estimate, never a guarantee. Hold-ups caused by carriers, customs, or anything else beyond our control aren't on us. Once your products are handed to the carrier, ownership and the risk of any loss pass over to you.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything that makes up our Services — trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, and the way it's all chosen and arranged — belongs to kopelit, its affiliates or its licensors, and is protected under UK and international patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms let you use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, and nothing more. Without our written go-ahead, you may not copy, distribute, alter, build upon, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material here. Save for what's spelled out in these Terms, nothing grants you any licence or rights over the patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property of kopelit, Shopify, or any third party. Misusing the Services may breach intellectual property law. Every right we haven't expressly handed over stays with kopelit.
The kopelit name, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are all trademarks of kopelit or its affiliates and licensors, and you can't use them without our written permission. Likewise, Shopify's name, logo and related marks belong to Shopify. Any other names or marks appearing in the Services are the property of whoever owns them.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
From time to time you may get access to third-party tools through the Services — ones we neither keep an eye on nor have any say over.
You understand that any such tools come to you "as is" and "as available", with no warranties, representations, conditions or endorsement of any kind from us. We carry no liability whatsoever connected to your use of these optional third-party tools.
If you choose to use them, you do so entirely at your own risk, and it's worth making sure you're comfortable with the relevant provider's own terms beforehand.
Down the line we may roll out new features or resources through the Services. Those too will count as part of the Services and fall under these same Terms.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
You may come across content or links within the Services that lead to websites run by other parties (including third-party functionality built into our own pages). We don't take on the job of vetting or vouching for the content or accuracy of those third-party materials and sites. Should you head off to one of them, that's a step you take at your own risk.
We accept no responsibility for any harm or loss tied to your visits to third-party websites, or to anything you buy or use there. It's worth reading their policies and practices closely before you commit to anything. Any complaints, claims or questions about third-party products and services belong with that third party, not us.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
kopelit runs on Shopify, which is what lets us bring you the Services. Even so, every sale and purchase you make in our store is made directly with kopelit. By using the Services, you accept that Shopify bears no responsibility for any part of the transactions between you and kopelit, including any injury, damage or loss stemming from the products or services you buy. You release Shopify and its affiliates, fully and expressly, from any claims, damages or liabilities connected to your purchases and dealings with kopelit.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information we gather through the Services falls under our Privacy Policy, which you can read here, and some of it may additionally be covered by Shopify's own Privacy Policy, viewable here. By using the Services, you're confirming you've read both.
Since Shopify hosts the Services, it collects and processes information about how you access and use them, all in aid of running and improving the Services for you. Whatever you submit will be passed to and shared with Shopify, along with third parties who may sit in countries other than your own, so that we can serve you. SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK
Whenever you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, plans or any other content (all of it "Feedback"), you're granting us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display it in any medium, for any purpose, commercial use included. We might draw on that licence, for example, to run, evaluate, refine and promote the Services and to meet our obligations under these Terms.
You also confirm that: (i) the Feedback is yours, or you hold every right needed to it; (ii) you've disclosed any payment or incentive tied to submitting it; and (iii) it complies with these Terms. For our part, we're under no obligation to keep your Feedback confidential, to pay you for it, or to respond to it.
We're free — though never obliged — to monitor, edit or take down any Feedback we judge, at our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or which tramples on anyone's intellectual property or these Terms.
You agree your Feedback won't infringe anyone's rights — copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or any other — and won't be libellous, abusive, obscene, or carry viruses or other malware capable of disrupting the Services or any connected website. Don't use a fake email, pose as someone else, or otherwise mislead us or others about where your Feedback came from. Whatever you submit is your responsibility, accuracy and all; we take none for any Feedback posted by you or anyone else.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Every so often, something in the Services might carry a typo, an inaccuracy, or a gap — perhaps in a product description, a price, a promotion, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We keep the right to put such errors right, and to change, update or cancel orders where information turns out to be wrong, at any point and without prior notice (even after you've placed your order).
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
The Services are for lawful use only. On top of that, you agree not to: (a) introduce viruses or any malicious code that could affect how the Services run; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Services; (c) gather or track other people's personal information; (d) spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; or (e) tamper with or get around the security features of the Services or any related website. We may suspend, disable or close your account at any time, without notice, if we decide you've broken any part of these Terms.
SECTION 14 - TERMINATION
We may end this agreement, or cut off your access to all or part of the Services, at our sole discretion and without notice at any time — and you'll still owe whatever was due up to and including the date that happens.
A number of sections live on after any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, along with any others that by their nature ought to survive.
SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Whatever appears on or through the Services is there for general information only. We make no promises about how accurate, complete or useful it is, and leaning on any of it is something you do at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for any reliance placed on this material by you or anyone else who comes across it.
Except where kopelit says otherwise, the Services and every product offered through them come to you "as is" and "as available", carrying no representations, warranties or conditions of any kind — whether express or implied — including any implied warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title or non-infringement. We don't promise the Services will run uninterrupted, on time, securely or free of errors. Since some jurisdictions don't permit the exclusion of implied or other warranties, parts of this disclaimer may not apply to you. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
So far as the law allows, neither kopelit nor our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers or licensors — nor Shopify and its affiliates — will be liable for any injury, loss, or claim, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any sort. That includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, replacement costs and similar losses, whether the claim rests on contract, tort (negligence included), strict liability or anything else, and whether or not it arises from your use of the Services or any product bought through them — even where the possibility of such damage was flagged in advance. Nothing here, however, excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that UK law won't let us exclude.
SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless kopelit, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers against any losses, damages, liabilities or claims — reasonable legal fees included — owed to any third party and arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms or of the documents they bring in by reference, (2) your breach of any law or of a third party's rights, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We'll let you know of any claim we seek indemnity for, though a delay in telling you won't release you from your obligations unless it genuinely puts you at a disadvantage. We may take charge of defending and settling such a claim at your cost, counsel of our choosing included, but we won't agree to any settlement that places non-monetary obligations on you without your say-so (which you won't unreasonably withhold). You'll help us defend indemnified claims, including by handing over any relevant documents.
SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY
Should any part of these Terms be found unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will still be applied as far as the law permits, and the portion that can't be enforced will simply be treated as separated out — leaving the rest of the Terms valid and fully in force.
SECTION 19 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we don't exercise or enforce one of our rights under these Terms, that's not us waiving it.
These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules we post on the site or about the Service, make up the whole agreement between you and us and govern how you use the Service — replacing any earlier agreements, communications or proposals, spoken or written, including any previous versions of these Terms.
Any uncertainty in how these Terms should be read won't be held against whoever drafted them.
SECTION 20 - ASSIGNMENT
You can't delegate, transfer or assign this agreement, or any of your rights and obligations under it, without our written consent first — and any attempt to do so counts for nothing. We, on the other hand, may transfer, assign or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations freely, with no consent or notice needed.
SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements through which we provide you the Services, are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Both you and kopelit agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
SECTION 22 - HEADINGS
The headings throughout this agreement are there purely for ease of reading and don't shape or limit the Terms themselves.
SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You're welcome to check the latest version of these Terms on this page whenever you like.
We keep the right, entirely at our discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting the revisions to our website, and it's on you to look in now and then for changes. Where changes are significant, we'll give you notice as the law requires, and they'll take effect on the date stated in that notice. Carrying on using or accessing the Services after changes go up means you accept them.
